About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Technology Coordinator to join our Experis Canada team in Montreal, Quebec. As a key member of our Real Estate Delivery team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating technology activities for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate technology activities on real estate projects by understanding the technology scope and requirements.
  • Initiate work requests with technology stakeholders and monitor progress, keeping project managers updated on status, risks, and issues.
  • Manage technology workstreams, including LAN room readiness, network installation, hardware setup, video conferencing equipment, digital signage, and more.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute tasks.
  • Track and report on technology tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and issues are escalated promptly.
  • Maintain project documentation, capturing lessons learned and contributing to project closeout.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in technology project coordination or management.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, including LAN room standards, network installation/testing, hardware setup (e.g., monitors, docking stations, printers), video conferencing (Microsoft Teams), and digital signage.
  • Proven ability to work with multiple departments, vendors, and external partners.
  • Strong communication skills to provide project updates and manage dependencies and risks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
