The Nationwide Life Insurance Group Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Operations Manager to join our team. This is a permanent role that requires coordination of activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and examining and verifying the accuracy of work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules and procedures
  • Examine and verify the accuracy of work to ensure quality standards are met
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised
  • Recruit and hire staff to fill vacant positions
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity

The successful candidate will have 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role. They will be required to work 40 hours per week. The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
