Cashier Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at 1273129 Alberta Ltd. as a key member of our retail sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, cheques, and credit/debit card payments.
- Process Transactions: Scan items, receive payment for goods or services, and reconcile daily/shift payments with total sales.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and participate in promotional activities to enhance customer experience.
- Stock Shelves and Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves and maintaining the counter area.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Qualities: Flexibility, team player, and reliability.
- Permanent Employment: Opportunity to join a dynamic team and grow with the company.
- English Language: Primary language of communication.
- 35 Hours per Week: Regular working hours with a balanced schedule.
