We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at EPIC - Educational Program Innovations Center.
Job SummaryThe General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization, ensuring the effective allocation of resources, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives
- Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions to support business growth
- Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient operations
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to support business objectives
- College/CEGEP education
- 1-2 years of experience in a management role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make strategic decisions
