Professional Scheduler and Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler and Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at CANADA NEST IMMIGRATION CONSULTING LTD. This role involves providing exceptional administrative support, coordinating events and meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
About the Role:- This is a permanent full-time position offering 30-40 hours of work per week with competitive financial benefits, including group insurance benefits.
- The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in a similar role, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events by scheduling appointments, booking venues, and preparing materials.
- Maintain accurate records, including minutes of meetings, seminar proceedings, and employee information.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operations and adherence to company policies.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional and courteous manner.
- Greet clients and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas with a warm and welcoming attitude.
