Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc.

Job Summary:

The Shift Manager will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. The successful candidate will ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Standing for extended periods
