Key Player in Administrative Support

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our team, serving as a liaison and coordinating various tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
About the RoleAs an administrative assistant at NEXA CONCRETE INC., you will be responsible for arranging seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring seamless communication.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team.
- Open and distribute mail and other materials.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages.
- Answer electronic enquiries.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations.
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
