Payroll Specialist

Ras Can-Ind Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and process payroll, including calculating gross and net salaries, deductions, and benefits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and overtime.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and submit documentation for benefits administration, including pension plans, leaves, and insurance.
- Communicate with employees regarding payroll matters and benefit plans.
- Compile and analyze payroll statistics and reports.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in payroll administration.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Windows.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility and reliability.
Fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Language:English.
Work Hours:30 to 40 hours per week.
