Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Ras Can-Ind Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process payroll, including calculating gross and net salaries, deductions, and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and overtime.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit documentation for benefits administration, including pension plans, leaves, and insurance.
  • Communicate with employees regarding payroll matters and benefit plans.
  • Compile and analyze payroll statistics and reports.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in payroll administration.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Windows.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility and reliability.
Working Conditions:

Fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Language:

English.

Work Hours:

30 to 40 hours per week.
