Job Description

Tobe Teppanyaki seeks an experienced Cook to lead our kitchen team in a fast-paced urban restaurant setting. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in cooking and supervising kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
  • Order supplies and equipment to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to achieve team goals.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in cooking and supervising kitchen staff.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle heavy lifting.
