Craftsman Collision is seeking a skilled Parts Coordinator to support our Edmonton location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for receiving and processing parts, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring efficient parts room operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, both internally and externally, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Support management of the shop in alignment with The Craftsman Way (TCW).
  • Utilize the company dashboard to accurately identify and prioritize tasks.
  • Participate actively in daily production meetings.
  • Receive and mirror-match parts to ensure accuracy in support of the repair plan.
  • Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Enter parts and sublet invoices, and confirm margins using the Craftsman Management System.
  • Maintain and organize parts carts, staging areas, and the parts room in alignment with The Craftsman Way.
  • Update parts cart tags in alignment with The Craftsman Way.
  • Deliver parts to stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure timely completion of returns prior to file closure.
  • Collaborate with the Shop Manager to ensure compliance with provincial and national regulatory standards.
  • Ensure internal policies, procedures, and guidelines are consistently applied.
  • Contribute to the goal of closing all files within 24 hours of vehicle delivery.
  • Support company standards in SPARKLE, safety, and security.
  • Represent the Craftsman Collision brand positively in all dealings internal and external.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of related experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field is an asset.
  • Strong verbal, written, and listening skills.
  • A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated time management, problem-solving, critical thinking, and sound judgment skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented attitude.
  • Proficient in Outlook with the ability and willingness to learn new applications.
  • Demonstrated desire and aptitude for learning and development.
  • Interest in vehicles and the automotive industry.
  • Valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract over the last 3 years.
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada with no restrictions.
