Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Kinesiologist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing clients, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to address their physical, functional, psycho-emotional, and cognitive impairments.

As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals, clients, and families to achieve optimal outcomes. Your expertise and passion for rehabilitation will enable you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to address their physical, functional, psycho-emotional, and cognitive impairments.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions, including job coaching, goal setting, work hardening, and return-to-work programs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, clients, and families to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Degree in Kinesiology or related field.
  • Registration with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in assessment and treatment of clients with various injuries and conditions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
