We are seeking a highly motivated Insurance Advisor to join our team at Western Financial in Brooks, AB. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets through quotes and referrals. You will build lasting relationships with customers, helping them protect what matters most to them.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to navigate multiple computer programs, and have prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar role. A General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset, but we provide training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and by email
  • Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
  • Manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets
  • Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
  • Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to navigate multiple computer programs
  • Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar role
  • General Level 1 Insurance License (an asset)
