Job Overview

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and qualified individual to lead our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical Skills: Proven experience in woodworking and construction, with expertise in blueprints, drawings, and sketches.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work at heights, handle heavy loads, and withstand physically demanding conditions.
  • Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., safety certifications).
