As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, greeting guests, and processing information required to provide quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet guests and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  2. Obtain and process information required to provide customer service.
  3. Order office supplies.
  4. Record and relay information.
  5. Schedule and confirm appointments.
  6. Send invoices.
  7. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
  8. Provide customer service.

Work Environment: This is a permanent, full-time position with 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
