Job Summary

S M S Logistics Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant personnel.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.

Working Conditions

  • 5-10 people supervised.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language.
