Petro Canada is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are working efficiently.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash transactions.
  • Order merchandise and ensure that it is stocked on the sales floor.
  • Authorize return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure that the sales floor is running smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Or equivalent experience.

Working Conditions:

  • 3-4 people will be supervised.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 32 hours per week.
