The Greater Essex County District School Board is seeking a qualified ESL Instructor to join their Continuing Education Program. The ideal candidate will have a valid Ontario Teacher's Certificate and TESL Ontario Accreditation, with a strong commitment to creating a fair and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach ESL classes to adult students in a variety of settings, including the Mason Educational Centre and Leamington Assessment Centre.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide a comprehensive and supportive learning experience.
Requirements:
  • Valid Ontario Teacher's Certificate.
  • TESL Ontario Accreditation (or ability to obtain within 12 months).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
