Customer Experience Leader

The Victoria's Secret and Co. Customer Experience Lead is a leadership role that drives exceptional customer experiences and grows top-line sales in retail stores.
CompensationThe estimated annual salary for this role is between $67,200 and $84,600, based on the location of Laval Carrefour.
ResponsibilitiesThis leadership position is responsible for:
- Driving and growing top-line sales by leading and directing sales teams on the floor and coaching associates in real-time.
- Selling and demonstrating company values to store employees.
- Conducting associate observations and providing coaching to improve performance.
- Maintaining visual standards, payroll management, and merchandise availability to ensure operational excellence.
To be successful as a Customer Experience Lead at Victoria's Secret and Co., you must have:
- A passion for the Victoria's Secret brand.
- Excellent merchandising skills and experience reviewing business reports and taking action to achieve results.
- A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and flexible schedules.
- Ability to stand for long periods and frequently bend, kneel, and lift.
- Experience with influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings.
- 1 year of retail experience preferred, with experience directing others in their job duties also preferred.
