The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Restoration Operations Manager to join our team. This key role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of mitigating losses and returning affected properties to pre-loss condition. Ideally, this individual will have extensive experience working within the insurance industry and possess strong leadership skills to coordinate administrative and production functions of claims in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed estimates using industry-specific estimating software (Xactimate)
  • Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including property owners, insurance adjusters, and team members
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate activities to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Analyze data to determine restoration needs and develop schedules and budgets accordingly
  • Maintain a valid Class G Ontario Driver's license with no restrictions
  • Familiarity with Xactimate/XA or Encircle estimating software is an asset
  • Able to operate a company-owned vehicle safely and efficiently
  • Participate in an on-call rotating schedule as required
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary
  • Will undergo a criminal background check
  • Possession of IICRC Certification or equivalent is preferred; however, training will be provided for the right candidate

Compensation Package

The salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on skills and experience. In addition to base pay, our senior managers also receive a comprehensive benefits package through Manulife Assurance Co., which includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement savings plan.
