Job Title: Construction Project Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Management Professional to join our team at Marathon Underground Constructors Corporation.

About the Job:

The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment, and information. They will also be responsible for liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Ensure client needs are met as the project evolves.
  • Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule, and budget.
  • Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.
  • Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans, and money spent.
  • Issue all appropriate legal paperwork.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a Civil Engineering/Technologist program is an asset.
  • G class driver's license or equivalent with a clean driver's abstract.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and construction specifications, methods, and procedures.
  • Ability to understand project schedules critical path.
  • Previous experience in cooperating with Project Managers for the delivery of projects.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Bilingualism in both French and English is considered an asset.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Location: Greely, ON
