As a Restaurant Supervisor with THAIFOON LTD., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual who can lead our front-of-house team and provide exceptional customer service. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Lead and supervise staff in various areas of responsibility to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality food presentation.
  • Staff Management: Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing complaints or concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure optimal financial management.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is essential.
  • Availability: Availability to work 30-40 hours per week.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional development.
