Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including $45,000 - $55,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bartender (Casual) to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, exceeding their expectations through efficient and friendly service, and maximizing food and beverage revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the bar, public areas, server stations, and storage areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Welcome each guest sitting at the bar in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge about menu items and features.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when taking orders and entering information into the POS system.
• Prepare itemized cheques and collect payments from tables.
• Adhere to all regulations governing the service of food and alcohol.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server or in a food and beverage position is an asset.
• Tech savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly.
• ProServe certification is an asset but not required.

Work Environment

This role may work dayshift, afternoon, or evening shift any day of the week or weekend, with long days to meet periodic upturns in business demands or meet deadlines. This position is set in a fast-paced environment that requires continuous physical movement, the ability to lift up to 30 lbs., and the ability to manage multiple sequences and demands.
