Compensation & Benefits

A competitive annual salary ranging from $50,000 - $55,000 is offered, along with flexible work schedule options. Our comprehensive benefit package can be enrolled in after three months of service, providing additional support for employees.

A total compensation package worth approximately $62,700 per year (calculated based on salary range and assuming 10% benefits contribution) is provided.

Job Description

We're seeking a Customer Service Liaison to work closely with Regional Sales Managers, assisting with sales and administrative tasks throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage CRM processes associated with quotes and orders, ensuring seamless communication and data management.
  • Collaborate regularly with RSMs on opportunity requirements, providing backup support to drive sales success.
  • Create complete, accurate customer-facing materials, including quotes and order packages, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Complete internal documentation and materials needed for communication of order requirements to production and purchasing, maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
  • Release orders (project and marketing) and communicate regularly with customers, keeping them informed about order status, potential delays, and delivery expectations.
  • Produce new dealer partner and supplier agreements as required, fostering strong business relationships.
  • Facilitate effective communication between departments, encouraging collaboration and driving results-oriented teamwork.
  • Learn the products we sell and how they are positioned in the market, actively participating in training and knowledge development to stay up-to-date.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in field sales and/or customer service, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional computer skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Previous experience with Customer Service Management programs (Creatio) is preferred, but not required.
  • Post-secondary diploma, degree, or equivalent experience is necessary to demonstrate a solid foundation in business principles and practices.
