Restaurant Operations Manager

M&N Hewitt Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Performance Monitoring: Ensure staff are meeting performance expectations and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Daily Operations Planning: Organize and coordinate daily tasks, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supplier negotiations.
- Staff Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food products.
- Performance Reviews and Cost Control: Conduct regular performance reviews and implement cost-saving measures to maintain profitability.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Marketing and Customer Service: Participate in marketing initiatives and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and customer loyalty.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
- Permanent position
- 40 hours per week
- English language required
