Front Desk Hotel Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Hotel Clerk to join our team at Beausejour Hotel. As a Front Desk Hotel Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities- Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments with accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including room amenities and local attractions.
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls and ensure timely notifications.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Standing for extended periods and ability to lift light objects.
- English language proficiency.
- Availability to work 35 to 40 hours per week.
