Job Title: Dining Room Host/Hostess

Tilly's Family Restaurant is seeking a Dining Room Host/Hostess to join our team.

About the Role:
This role involves greeting and seating customers, presenting menus, taking orders, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and seat customers in a timely manner
* Present menus and answer questions about menu items and specials
* Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the hostess stand, waiting area, and dining tables

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role or customer-facing environment preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
* Basic math skills for handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system

Working Conditions:
* Work will be performed in a restaurant environment with exposure to food preparation and serving areas
* Must be able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) regularly and stand for long periods of time
