About the Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional individual with a minimum of 5 years' current or recent critical care nursing experience. As a Senior Critical Care Educator, you will work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of learners.
- Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide expert instruction and mentorship to students, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their careers.
- Maintain ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with industry advancements and share your expertise with colleagues.
- Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of educational programs, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Current registration with the College of Nurses Ontario.
- Canadian Nursing Association certification in Critical Care Nursing.
- Proven teaching and leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
