We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Manager to join our team at Urgo Hotels Canada. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests. Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will ensure that our guests feel at home.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
* Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that our rooms and facilities are clean and well-maintained
* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that our front desk operations are running smoothly
Requirements:
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
* Bilingualism (English and French)
