The Acquisition Group is seeking a talented Marketing and Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring product/service knowledge and undergoing sales, customer service, and leadership training. Your primary goal will be to build and represent a positive brand experience, maintaining professionalism and meeting and exceeding personal sales goals with new and existing customers. You will also be responsible for developing and training team members for future leadership positions, motivating individuals and teams to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives. Additionally, you will track sources and complete paperwork accurately to document sales/production, and report on team and individual results, including lead quantity, quality, revenue, and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with Marketing on defining campaign follow-up and reporting, and participate in comprehensive sales, customer service, and leadership training.
