Accommodation Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Services Manager to join our team at Econo Lodge City Center Inn. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize daily operations
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure excellent guest service
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure materials and supplies
- Manage budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and improvement
- Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers, refugees, youth employment, and Indigenous people
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
