Job Overview
Northern Health is seeking a seasoned Healthcare Professional to lead our Access and Flow Management services. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in service development, implementation, and evaluation of complex systems.

About the Role
The Director, Access and Flow will be responsible for developing and overseeing Northern Health's services related to access and flow. You will lead a team of diverse leaders and subject matter experts, collaborating with clinical and medical leaders to develop a health authority-wide network of supports and mechanisms for the portfolio.

Salary and Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary range of $128,298 to $160,372, based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive benefit packages including extended health/dental and a municipal pension plan for part-time and full-time employees.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee Northern Health's services related to access and flow
- Lead a team of diverse leaders and subject matter experts
- Collaborate with clinical and medical leaders to develop a health authority-wide network of supports and mechanisms for the portfolio
- Foster an environment that values patient and family-centered care

Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant clinical field, plus at least seven (7) years of experience, including 3 years progressively senior responsibility for the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex service delivery systems, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with others internal and external to the organization
- Superior capacity for logistics management – ability to assess, plan, and optimize flows within a human services context
