Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Raisen Pacific Wealth Management Inc.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and maintaining digital databases
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory, as well as set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, as well as perform data entry
  • Maintain and manage digital databases, using MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Organized and reliable, with excellent time management skills
    • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader
