Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery and Café Manager to lead our team at Bakery Café Cuervo y Marquis. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating the operations of our bakery and café.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Plan, direct, and evaluate the day-to-day operations of the bakery and café, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of staff, including hiring, training, and developing employees to meet the needs of the business.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue, including exploring new distribution channels and developing sales strategies.
  • Customer Service: Evaluate and improve customer service, responding to customer requests and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor expenditures and revenues, and make financial decisions to ensure the success of the business.
  • Supply Chain Management: Source and negotiate with suppliers to procure merchandise for resale, manage issues with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Requirements
  • Education: A university degree or college diploma in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of management experience, with substantial retail sales experience and knowledge of baking and supply chain issues.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, creative, takes initiative, and a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
