Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and providing advice and guidance on financial solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Support customers with banking services, including transactions and account management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with personal, commercial, and partner offers to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Contribute to meeting branch business results and the customer experience.
  • Support operational activities, including inventory management and escalated service requests.
  • Manage cash transactions and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Execute routine tasks within service level agreements.
  • Act as a key member of a collaborative and versatile branch team.
Requirements
  • No prior experience necessary; post-secondary degree or certification in a related field is desirable.
  • High-level knowledge of personal, commercial, and partner offers.
  • Confident and experienced in using social media, tablets, smartphones, and online tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including building rapport and connections with customers.
  • Aptitude for listening, solving problems, and responding flexibly and creatively to new challenges.
