At Financière Manuvie, we are seeking a skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a dynamic environment.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic individual to provide outstanding customer service to policyholders, agents, and other collaborators in both French and English languages. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, be able to navigate multiple computer systems and software applications, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls, email, and chat.
- Analyze problems to provide detailed and proactive solutions.
- Leverage advanced technology and software systems to accurately record customer interactions.
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence and understanding in all interactions.
- Stay updated on products, services, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (verbal & written proficiency) in both French and English.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Strong technical skills and ability to navigate multiple computer systems and software applications.

Education and Experience:
- Secondary School (required).
