We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Amplitude Development Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination
- Schedule and confirm appointments for our team members and clients
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed
- Communication and Correspondence
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant team members
- Respond to electronic enquiries and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Administrative Support
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files
- Customer Service
- Greet visitors and direct them to the relevant contacts or service areas
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and team members
- Documentation and Reporting
- Type and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports as required
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Skills and Abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment and will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Language and Work TermThe primary language of work is English. This is a permanent position with a work term of Permanent.
