About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Amplitude Development Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments for our team members and clients
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant team members
    • Respond to electronic enquiries and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
  • Administrative Support
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
  • Customer Service
    • Greet visitors and direct them to the relevant contacts or service areas
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and team members
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Type and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents
    • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment and will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Language and Work Term

The primary language of work is English. This is a permanent position with a work term of Permanent.
