About the Role

As a Bilingual Flight Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers while delivering exceptional customer service. You will be part of a dynamic team that values diversity, inclusion, and teamwork.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare aircraft for boarding and ensure compliance with safety procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service through in-flight interactions and announcements
  • Welcome and engage with passengers to create a comfortable environment
  • Liaise with flight deck crew to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer communications
  • Operate inflight entertainment systems and assist with snack, meal, and beverage service
Requirements
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid Canadian Passport without restrictions
  • Live within 90 minutes of Toronto Pearson Airport or willing to relocate
  • Able to obtain Transport Canada security clearance
  • Comfortable working at high altitudes in a pressurized cabin
Language Skills

Candidates who speak both English and French fluently are preferred. Preference will also be given to candidates who speak additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Greek, Italian, Hebrew, Japanese, German, Punjabi, Hindi, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Korean.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Air Canada Rouge offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as retirement savings plan and travel perks.
