Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to ensure that our store is always stocked with the latest products.
  • Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Establish work schedules and supervise the activities of our sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting their performance targets.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform our business decisions.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 44 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.

Working Conditions:

  • Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Standing for extended periods.
