Job Summary:

The Lead Sales Associate is responsible for selling and promoting Tommy Hilfiger merchandise through the execution of the TH Customer Service Standards. This role has cash responsibilities and performs various operational activities as assigned by Store Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to company standard.
  • Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-maintained.
  • Minimize shortages through proper loss prevention procedures.
  • Stay aware of store sales plans and results.
  • Follow all operational policies and procedures.
  • Manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and staff.

Customer Service Focus:

  • Generate maximum sales potential through excellent customer service.
  • Build a repeat customer base through excellent data capturing and service.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of products, promotions, and special events.
  • Foster a positive store experience by treating all customers and staff fairly.

Personal Qualities:

  • Represent the TH image through personal and professional appearance.
  • Demonstrate professional image and conduct.
  • Be flexible to work rotating hours as assigned by management.
  • Communicate concerns to management.
  • Assist in developing Sales Associates.

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to Policies and Procedures.
  • Observe sales floor and stockroom for loss prevention.
  • Execute Opening and Closing checklist duties as directed by store management.
  • Operate all register transactions.

Merchandising & Visual Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent and accurate replenishment of product onto the sales floor.
  • Comply with visual presentation standards.
  • Execute markdowns and re-merchandise as needed.
