About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Squires Four Public House. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef
- Establish work schedules
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Public transportation available
- Attention to detail, judgement, and organized
Work Environment:
Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where you will work closely with our chef and kitchen staff to provide excellent food service to our customers.
