Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Silver Time. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Authorization and Ordering: Authorize payments by cheque and order merchandise as needed to maintain an adequate stock level.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that stock is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
- Cash Management: Manage cash and oversee payroll administration to ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 35 hours per week
