Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team at Apply 4 Abroad Ltd. in providing exceptional technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • To respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • To consult technical manuals, guides, and other documents to research and implement solutions to complex problems
  • To provide expert advice and training to users on identified technical difficulties
  • To maintain accurate records of problems and solutions for future reference
  • To participate in the design and development of new applications and software
  • To supervise and mentor junior technical support staff
  • To install and configure equipment for employee use
Supervision and Work Conditions

This role will involve working in a fast-paced environment under pressure with tight deadlines. The successful candidate must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Secondary school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in technical support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Benefits and Others
