Director - Property Management

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director - Property Management to join our team in Montreal. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a large team of property management professionals, developing business strategies, and ensuring exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a large team of property management professionals, including property managers, leasing agents, and administrative staff.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the VP Finance and Leasing to develop and manage the property management and construction teams in Quebec.
  • Conduct revenue/expense analyses and provide corporate management reports as required.
  • Guide and direct a large and diverse team of individuals in the Quebec region, in a portfolio comprised of all asset classes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BCOM) preferably with a business emphasis.
  • A minimum of 10 to 12 years of related experience in the commercial real estate industry, including experience in managing office and retail properties, and a minimum of 5 years' leadership and financial management experience.
  • Continuous commitment to an understanding of the commercial real estate industry, and specifically Colliers' stature in the local market.
  • Understanding of economic indicators, KPI's, and their impact on commercial real estate valuation and client service.
