At ALBERTA LTD, we are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team. This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week, with the opportunity for long-term career growth.

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales workers, managing inventory, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assigning sales workers to duties and overseeing their performance;
  • Authorizing returns of merchandise and ensuring that all transactions are processed efficiently;
  • Establishing work schedules and coordinating activities among team members;
  • Selling merchandise and meeting sales targets;
  • Preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters;
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues, including supply shortages;
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory levels;
  • Supervising and coordinating activities among team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or operations management;
  • Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues;
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • A client-focused approach and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
