About the Role:
Aramark is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative II to join our team in this exciting opportunity. This role will be responsible for managing a variety of accounts receivable-based activities, including reconciling account status, researching misapplied payments, and responding to invoice/statement requests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reconciles account status using invoicing and payment activity analysis
- Reconciles refund status using invoicing, payment, adjustment and receipt write off activity
- Reviews pending adjustment requests for accuracy and adherence to current policy standards
- Researches and reconciles misapplied payments
- Responds to invoice/statement requests
- Assists Collections floor and Credit department as needed
- Special projects and other duties as assigned or requested

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2+ years of credit/collections experience (preferred but not required)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
