**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team at MODEL NAILS. As an integral part of our operations, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

About the Role

This role is responsible for providing administrative support, including typing and proofreading correspondence, receiving and forwarding telephone or electronic enquiries, and working on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries
  • Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
  • Send and receive messages
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Prepare invoices and bank deposits
  • Provide general information to clients and the public
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Conduct research
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
  • Organize and schedule office work

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience
