Loss Prevention Specialist

London Drugs Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Response Centre Specialist to join our Loss Prevention team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring company locations via remote systems, responding to incidents, and ensuring that documentation meets established protocols.
Key Responsibilities:- Protect company assets and reduce losses through proactive monitoring and incident response.
- Provide dispatch information to emergency responders as needed.
- Support internal customers with efficient and professional communication.
- Prepare incident reports and evidence packages to meet company and legal standards.
- Conduct daily compliance audits and telephone interviews.
- Possess a current provincial security worker license with a security guard designation.
- First Aid & W.H.I.M.I.S. training.
- Basic working knowledge of computers, networks, and security systems.
- Understanding of criminal code sections applicable to Loss Prevention and protocols for evidence collection and handling.
- Working knowledge of retail loss prevention and security practices.

This is a Full-Time position requiring a flexible schedule, Monday through Sunday, 40 hours per week. The Response Centre is a 24/7, 365 days per year operation, and employees will be scheduled on a rotational basis for shifts that are days, afternoons, evenings, and overnights.
