Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Tapri Chai Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed, managing inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods and managing labour costs effectively.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Languages: English (required)
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking; standing for extended periods; bending, crouching, kneeling
