Job Details


We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to provide exceptional post-sales support for a diverse group of clients.


This role will be the primary point of contact for client inquiries, order processing, and shipment coordination.


The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of previous Customer Service experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to forecast client needs.


Responsibilities:



  • Provide professional customer service to clients
  • Process customer orders via various channels
  • Liaise with buyers and expeditors to fulfill customer orders
  • Coordinate shipments with carriers
  • Support outside sales representatives
  • Perform general administrative duties

Requirements:



  • College diploma in business or business-related discipline
  • Intermediate skills in MS Word and Outlook
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to work autonomously in a high-volume environment
