We are seeking an experienced Property Appraiser to join our team at CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD ULC.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires working on-site, with no option for remote work. As a Property Appraiser, you will be responsible for assessing and appraising properties, ensuring accuracy and fairness in your evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:- Assessor and Appraiser Specialization: Utilize your expertise to assess and appraise properties, taking into account various factors such as location, condition, and market trends.
- Transportation and Travel Information: You will need reliable transportation to travel to various locations for site visits and assessments.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: This role requires you to work in a fast-paced environment, often under tight deadlines, and may involve physically inspecting properties.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Previous experience in property appraisal or a related field is highly desirable.
Benefits and CompensationWe offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive health benefits and financial incentives to support your growth and well-being.
